How Long Is The Contract?

- Convert your lease into ownership at anytime by paying a one-time licensing fee.
- All designs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Soper, LLC dba Clarity Web Services, until properly licensed.
- You alone are allowed to license creative work done to represent your organization (a competitor can't just buy your design).
What's the Catch?
There really isn't one.
Stay with Clarity as long as you'd like.
If you want to end your Clarity subscription, you will have three options:
- License the work we've done for you (see "Licensing Fees" below) and we'll help you move it off our service.
- Replace the work we've done for you with a brand new website from someone else - no termination fees apply.
- Revert to the website you had before working with Clarity .
In any case, we'll work with you to provide the best transition possible!
Licensing Fees
- Your subscription & licensing fees are locked in at current rates when you either sign up or request new features!
- Your licensing fee will decrease after 3 years with Clarity, and then again after 5 years with Clarity.
- USA 501(c)(3) organizations qualify for a 10% discount on the licensing fee at any time, and this stacks with any other discount (for example, may turn a 20% discount into a 30% discount)

- Full E-Commerce: +$2100
